Scottsdale Quarter Announces Redevelopment Plans

Catering to one of the country’s wealthiest communities, outdoor shopping destination Scottsdale Quarter has announced an expansion project that will add several popular retailers and eateries. The transformed space will see several new storefronts along North Street, The Quad, South Street, and 72nd Place.

“We are delighted to initiate this redevelopment, bringing an enhanced shopping and dining experience to Scottsdale Quarter,” General Manager Zach Buckhardt said. “Our goal is to continually evolve and offer the community the best in retail, dining and entertainment. These additions reflect our commitment to providing a dynamic and lively destination for all our visitors.”

New retailers coming to the Quarter include:

Ariat: Offering a range of high-quality performance footwear and apparel.

Bee & Co.: A curated selection of products that promote natural and wholesome well-being, from home goods to health remedies and beauty products.

Jenni Kayne: Known for its minimalist and chic designs, this boutique offers timeless apparel and home essentials.

Hammer Made: A destination for exceptional men’s clothing set to impress with its distinct style and quality.

Pandora: The world-renowned jewelry brand offering beautiful, customizable rings, bracelets, necklaces and earrings.

Williams Sonoma: A leader in kitchenware and home furnishings, making it a popular stop for culinary enthusiasts.

Eateries making their debut include:

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream: Serving a variety of artisanal ice creams made from scratch using a unique recipe perfected over two decades.

Sweet Paris Creperie: Offering a delightful menu of sweet and savory crepes to satisfy any craving.

Other recent openings include alice + olivia, American Threads, Reformation and Aroma360, a boutique that provides essential oil-based scenting solutions to homes and businesses.

With a 15-year legacy in the North Scottsdale area, the Quarter has become a distinctive urban center that combines dining, entertainment, retail, residential and office spaces. The 750,000 square feet of leasable space features plenty of pedestrian walkways and plazas, along with an illuminated fountain, to create an ever-vibrant atmosphere.
