Amore Smooch at Sassi ($16)
The bottom of a stemless sugar-rimmed martini glass is filled with crushed ice and delicate rose petals, introducing the Godiva white-chocolate liqueur that’s mixed with Svedka cherry vodka and creme de cacao. Three vodka-infused cherries dipped in chocolate tip the drink off right.
