Lilly Pulitzer has taken its signature colorful and vivid prints to the beach with its first ever resort preview collection.
The label debuted a Seventies-inspired resort line of 23 looks at The New Museum in downtown Manhattan that included classic Lilly shift dresses, flowing maxi dresses and beach cover ups. A gold lamé jumpsuit and an Italian lace shift dress turned things up a notch for easygoing seaside nightwear.
The notorious record-time sellout of its spring collaboration with Target gave the brand confidence to pursue a seasonal resortwear collection that it plans to continue each year.
