We asked their team for their top cocktail to get an idea of how the magic is made. This Lemon Raspberry Ice Martini is sweet, sour and shaken with sorbet.

Blue Wasabi’s Lemon Raspberry Ice Martini
Start by filling a martini shaker 3/4 full with ice and add:
– 2 ounces Skyy Citrus Infused Vodka
– 1 ounce Raspberry Liqueur
– 1/2 ounce Sweet and Sour Mix
– 2 ounces of Lemonade
– 1 Scoop of Lemon Sorbet
Shake martini shaker 40 times, this will make your martini nice and frosty. Next, pour your now icy beverage into your favorite martini glass – you’ll want the rim garnished with raspberry sugar. Enjoy!
