Name: Tiffany Cooper
Age: 42
Title: Real Soulful Executive Officer & Founder
Married/Single: Married
Kids: Amanda, 16 – Griffin, 13 – Chloe, 7
City you live in: Scottsdale
A typical day in my life includes…
up around 530am, start with some meditation and intention-setting for my day, go for a run or yoga, morning coffee with my husband, get the kids off to school, work with great people, dinner with my family, fall asleep on the sofa or with my little one while tucking her in (hard to stay up past 9pm!)
I was born…
on Long Island in Great Neck, NY.
My favorite thing about Arizona…
the beautiful weather – I love the summer heat too!
I’m listening to…
anything classic – rock, disco, folk, jazz. From Led Zeppelin to Vivaldi to the Carpenters.
My family…
is everything to me. They give me strength and are always my inspiration to keeping going, even when times may seem daunting. “Just keep swimming!” – Finding Nemo
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…
probably a controversial answer for someone who’s created a “soulful” social network but – Howard Stern! I’ve grown up listening to him and like him or not, he’s definitely a “Trendsetter.”
One thing I cannot live without…
HOT YOGA.
When I was younger, I wanted to be…
music reporter/critic for Rolling Stone Magazine.
I’m inspired by…
random acts of kindness and beautiful displays of compassion for one another.
The one person who motivates me is…
Abraham Lincoln. His failures were many but he never gave up despite the dark times he encountered. Our country and our humanity is better because of him.
If I could change anything in the world, it would be…
all the negativity that is constantly spewed at us via news media, internet, social networks. I think we need a “good news” channel (and new “soulful network”) to remind us of all the beauty, inspiration and kindness that surrounds us.
The perfect day would be…
wake up with some hot yoga , sushi lunch with my kids and a fun wine & cheese date with my husband. Throw in a visit to a great museum or concert and if we happen to be somewhere in France or Italy at the time, that wouldn’t hurt either.
My first job was…
as a hostess at Marie Calendar’s when at 15. I gained 10lbs in three months on Kalua cream cheese cake alone!
My favorite escape…
San Francisco, my most favorite city on earth! On a clear day it resembles the Land of Oz.
My life…
is so Blessed. Gratitude has become my religion, and I live in a constant state of gratefulness for all that I have been taught and all that I have been given.
I’m currently working on…
spreading the word about my new soulful/social network and sharing it with the world.
Always…
know that joy is your birthright. Each and every one of us are worthy of great things and have greatness within. You just have to believe it in your soul and listen to your heart.
Never…
be afraid to share your light with the world. We are all stars, and we are here to shine brightly.
Favorite Quote…
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” – Anais Nin
Biggest Dream…
that each of my children grow up to have an authentic, happy, fulfilled life and are kind, compassionate, productive human beings that make this world a little better for all of us.
My Pet Peeve(s)…
people who don’t know how to merge…I’m still working on my soulfulness while driving.
