Thank goodness for Cannes. When all the other red carpet events are just a distant memory we still have Cannes. The last pull- out- all- the- stops vestige for glamour. There were so many dreamy looks that emerged over the two weeks that I just couldn’t resist a little French Riviera wrap up.
Twelve days of red carpets and grand entrances is a lot to muster, especially when a fleet of foreign press is on your tail. There had to have been a myriad of celebrity stylist cat fights in fashion PR houses around the globe while securing some of these frocks. And Who What Wear did a fabulous play by play with some of my favorite looks. Though there were so many more, I adored these because they were all fresh and modern, not stuffy. Take a peek. I have to give a special mention about Rachel McAdams, she wore some of the best looks of the entire two weeks from her Marchesa red and cream gown to the cute little white dress and the Lhuillier ensemble below.
