Francesca’s is a hidden gem tucked away in the Eastern corridor of Fashion Square Mall. This is the perfect place to find something for every fierce fashionista, to the girl next door. They have a wide variety of trends and basics that will fill your closet with all the right options. Their jewelry and accessory options range from attention getting statement necklaces and chandelier earrings to simplistic necklaces, midi rings, and sunglasses. I was also sincerely impressed by their wide variety of gift like options. I really love the sassy signs they have arranged in the store with phrases like “When life hands you lemons, grab the vodka and call the girls” and “In a perfect world, every dog would have a home and every home would have a dog.” The associates in the store are friendly and knowledgeable about their product, and arrange it in a way where everything is easy to find. Whether it’s a gift for a girlfriend or something for yourself, Francesca’s is a must!
I was really excited to work with Sofia from JANI Model Management because she is a die-hard Francesca’s fan, every outfit I pulled looked flawless on her and she was very fun to work with!
I wanted to show a variety of looks for Spring so we started with a really fun beaded shift dress with tones of citrus turquoise and gold the paired it with a pop of tangerine in the form of a mini structured handbag.
Since the dress is the focal point I kept the jewelry to slim gold rings and chandelier earrings that compliment the tones of the dress. Since we live in AZ, sunnies are a must!
A piece every girl should have in her closet this spring is a floral blazer! It looks great dressed up with everything from a t-shirt and jeans to a statement collared jumpsuit.
Find a pattern, material and color scheme that work for you and express your true signature style!
I love mixing prints when possible, it is almost like a math equation waiting to be solved, but waaaay more fun! If you are just starting to add prints into your wardrobe, accessories are a great way to add a little extra oomph to any ensemble. Sofia looks good in pretty much anything so instead of going with a classic aviator as I may normally do, I added stripes into the mix with these fun blue and white sunnies to make the look a little more interesting.
Another fun trend this season is to keep things monochromatic.
Instead of doing so with one solid color I found items in the same color palette that complimented one another.
Perfect for a day at school, the office, or at lunch with friends a simple blouse tucked into a skirt is a failsafe option.
A great item every girl should own is a small clutch or handbag that can easily tuck into a work or school bag. This saves you from having to lug your large bag around everywhere you go! I love this chic cobalt option for several reasons. The design is edgy and eye-catching and it it also comes with a removable strap!
Geometric prints in fresh pastel colors are a fun way to add some color to your wardrobe without going too overboard.
By pairing these items with like minded shorts, skirts or even colored denim you can easily punch up your everyday uniform!
