Coach taps into its New York heritage for the launch of their new fall men’s outerwear collection, partnering with professional BMX star Nigel Sylvester and fashion creative stylist Blood Osiris to tell A New York Story from the brand collaborated with the two New York natives to build upon their current fall campaign focused on ‘family’.
Launching today, A New York Story introduces the collection through a campaign shot by famed photographer Joshua Kissi that tells two unique stories of how family can inspire the courage to be your true self.
Creating and collaborating from behind and in front of the camera, Joshua Kissi, Bloody Osiris, and Nigel Sylvester were able to capture the new Coach fall campaign’s strength for inclusivity and raw self-expression.
Nigel Sylvester and Bloody Osiris shot the fall outerwear campaign in New York City surrounded by their chosen family. Sylvester’s campaign was shot in his hometown Queens neighborhood, while Osiris shot in his native Harlem.
After learning about the feeling and sentiment that Coach wanted to capture with this campaign, I knew I had to take it back home to Queens and highlight real Queens natives. It was important to me that I shared this opportunity with Coach to uplift individuals from my community, who are striving to better themselves and their families.
