This week has been insane. But regardless, I’m kinda sad to see Fashion Week dwindle toward an end. My eyes have been fed with some superpretty looks, making me wish every week was Fashion Week.
‘Sigh.
Nevertheless, Thursday night Zac Posen sent out some rather sexy cocktail looks. Several in nude shades, a huge trend I’ve seen across the board this week, and some mini numbers that make me wish I had legs for days like these models.
My only criticism: I feel like he didn’t get the “less is more” memo or the “remove one accessory before leaving the house” adage because what is that hair all about???? Too vampy. Too high-maintenance. Too, three years ago! Paired with huge chandelier earrings that touch the shoulders, purple lips and supershort sultry dresses, the hair is just way too much. Otherwise, just like a few other collections this week, I had the hardest time trying to pick my faves and am totally obsessing over these spring 09 frocks.
