High-fashion beach clubs are popping up along the coasts of some of the most must-visit seaside towns, giving travelers and fashionistas a summer vacation experience alongside top designer brands such as Dior, Jacquemus and Louis Vuitton, to name a few.
From St. Tropez to the Maldives, these beach clubs offer the ultimate day on the sand complete with villas, pools, sun loungers and other beach necessities decorated in the signature colors and designs of the luxury fashion world.
Dior
Where: One&Only Desaru Coast, Malaysia & Surin Phuket Hotel, Thailand
This summer, Dior is decorating the coastlines of Malaysia and Thailand with summery pinks and purples. Open until the end of summer 2023 at the elegant Ember Beach Club of the One&Only Desaru Coast in Malaysia and at the Surin Phuket hotel in Thailand, the Dior beach club will have you soaking up the sun in fashion thanks to Dior-branded cabanas, beach umbrellas and loungers, plus a ‘Dioriviera’ pool and The Dior Café.
Missoni
Where: One&Only Resort, Maldives
Missoni has teamed up with One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives to open a tropical island beach club filled with the Italian fashion brand’s iconic colorful prints and patterns. Bright blues and greens and signature zigzags adorn the club’s parasols, loungers, cabanas and towels, blending in with the turquoise waters just beyond the sand. The Missoni beach club is open until the end of summer 2023.
Loro Piana
Where: La Réserve à la Plage, Saint Tropez
Located within La Réserve à la Plage beach club in Saint Tropez, Loro Piana’s fashion beach experience provides an elegant getaway complete with the brand’s signature aesthetic of oranges, browns and creams. In addition to the Loro Piana-style lounges and parasols lining the beach, the fashion house also opened a beach club boutique featuring the Resort 2023 collection. The Loro Piana beach club is open until the end of summer 2023.
Fendi
Where: Puente Romano Beach Resort, Marbella
The Italian Fashion house has opened its first beach club at the five-star Puente Romano Beach Resort in Marbella, where Fendi-patterned beach chairs, loungers and decor decorate the beach in red and white summer designs. There’s also a private cabana that can be booked for the day and an adjacent pop-up store complete with the new Astrology collection plus other signature products, including the Peekaboo and Baguette bags. The Fendi beach club is open until the end of summer 2023.
Dolce & Gabbana
Where: San Domenico Palace, Taormina
The signature cool-toned patterns and designs of Dolce & Gabbana create the perfect environment to relax and unwind in the brand’s beautiful beach club located at San Domenico Palace in Taormina. Open until the end of summer 2023, the opulent space features blue-and-white printed lounge chairs, umbrellas and bar carts that match the pool inflatables in the infinity pool overlooking the ocean.
Jacquemus
Where: Indie Beach, St. Tropez
Jacquemus has embraced the colors of the summer season at its boutique-style beach club located at Indie Beach in St. Tropez. Open until October 10, 2023, the beach club features citrus-yellow-and-white-striped umbrellas, loungers, surfboards and more that adorn the beach, providing the perfect ambiance for a day on the sand. While you’re not soaking up the sun, check out the Jacquemus pop-up boutique featuring the French brand’s Été collection.
Louis Vuitton
Where: Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum
Louis Vuitton has brought its signature brand experience to the coast of Bodrum at Mandarin Oriental’s ‘Blue Beach,’ with a pop-up beach club open until the end of summer 2023. Deep blue tones and simple patterns are complemented by soft cushions, straw accents and wooden textures to create a relaxing escape in luxury.
Valentino
Where: Palazzo Avino, Italy
This summer, Valentino and Palazzo Avino hotel are opening an extravagant beach experience on Amalfi Coast of Ravello. The Italian fashion house’s signature red paints the shores with boldly-colored lounge chairs and umbrellas that provide a stunning contrast to the turquoise water. The beach club also features a Valentino boutique, which offers the brand’s Escape 2023 collection. Plus, the whole setting is situated on the coastline’s cliffs, providing outstanding views of the Italian landscape. Valentino’s beach club is open until September 31, 2023.
Gucci
Where: Loulou à Ramatuelle, France
Gucci did not hold back on the summer vibes when designing its lively beach club on the shores of Pampelonne, Loulou à Ramatuelle. The pop-up celebrates the launch of Gucci Summer Stories, an escape-inspired collection, and even offers an on-site boutique so you can pick up pieces right on the beach. As for the decor, Gucci has created a dreamy getaway with sunshine-yellow umbrellas boasting the brand’s name, along with sun loungers featuring the fashion house’s signature green-and-red stripe. The Gucci beach club is open until the end of September 2023.
