The iconic Scottsdale Fashion Square is set to undergo new renovations that will make it an even more luxurious and convenient shopping destination.
Macerich, one of the nation’s leading owners, operators and developers of one-of-a-kind retail and mixed-use properties, plans to extensively update and redefine the shopping center’s south wing as well as add several new mix-use elements to the shopping center which will include the high-end fitness and wellness destination Life Time Scottsdale and the new Caesars Republic Scottsdale boutique hotel.
The renovations of Scottsdale Fashion Square’s south wing begin with a new exterior that will welcome guests to the mall’s most active entrance with a striking arrival point and luxury valet service. The renovations will also feature two-story storefronts, exterior-facing retail buildings, and a porte-cochère that will incorporate up to five destination restaurants.
Inside the wing, renovation elements will include upscale finishes, new natural stone flooring, spectacular custom light fixtures and recessed LED lighting, elegant furnishings, better sightlines to highlight individual retailers, resort-level restrooms and more.
Lastly, Macerich is currently planning to add more mixed-use elements on a seven-acre parcel immediately north of the shopping center that will include high-end residential units, class A office space and hospitality uses.
