If like me, you have found yourself with nothing to do on Friday nights since you’ve already seen every fashion documentary available on Netflix and HBO then you’ll be happy to know that James Franco will be debuting his film entitled The Director, a documentary following Gucci’s creative director Frida Giannini at the Tribeca Film Festival. The documentary covers an 18-month period and will give Gucci fans a glimpse of the goings on of one of the most famous fashion houses of our time.
According to WWD Marc Jacobs will be launching a new fragrance in August, just before the debut of his color cosmetics line with Sephora. The fragrance, created by Jacobs and Ann Gottliebwith Firmenich’s Annie Buzantian, has top notes of pear, fruity punch and juicy mandarin; a heart of orange blossom, peach nectar and honeysuckle, and a drydown of honey, golden vanilla and smooth woods. The bottle alone has me pining for a whiff!
