Perhaps the one (and only) good thing about the economy being on a total fritz is that there are fabulous sales everywhere. And hey, we should definitely do our part to contribute, stimulate and get things going. Saks Fifth Avenue is making that easy on us with this week’s Friends & Family sale.
Shop online at saksfifthavenue.com and get 25% off your purchase through April 19 with code SFAFAM9. (20% off jewelry, 15% off cosmetics and fragrances.)
Want more deals? With any purchase of $200 or more enjoy free shipping with code SFASHIP9.
And, if you’re not really much of an online shopper, head down to Saks Fifth Avenue at Biltmore Fashion Park for 25% off through April 19. (20% off jewelry, 15% off cosmetics and fragrances.)
Not sure what you’re shopping for? Oh you know I’ve got you covered there!
I’m in the market for a cocktail dress for two parties this weekend and this one would definitely do the trick. ABS high-waisted black dress, $310.
If you’re in the market for a statement shoe this season, this Christian Louboutin Dillan flower pump is definitely it. $1,695.
O.K., the shoes above are a bit aggressive, even for my taste, so here are some Christian Louboutin nude-color platforms that are classic and oh so sweet. $1,095.
Even though I always gawk at the fashion-forward merch, when I’m out shopping I gravitate toward truly classic pieces. I’m really liking this Ann Demeulemeester double-strand necklace of glass stones with ribbon closure. The necklace hangs about 128″ long. $410.
I’ve beaten my black Kooba bag to death. After all, a daily black leather bag is a must-have in any girl’s wardrobe. I’ve been looking for a new one and this Juicy Couture Freestyle Tote is a cute and not crazy expensive pick that’s perfect for my everday needs. I might have to pick this one up! $395.
Either to my Saturday wedding invite or the birthday party Friday night, I’d love to be in this BCBG MaxAzria empire dress. I love the spring color and its simplicity too. $258.
Love the bright blue color of this Diane von Furstenberg pleated dress. With the right shoes and accessories, it can translate well for either day or night. $425.
I posted this Diane von Furstenberg shirtdress because I think it’s super cute, super casual and a great daytime pick. It’s also a Saks Fifth Avenue exclusive so you won’t be able to find it anywhere else. Also available in a deep plum color. $365.
call me crazy, but I think $395 is crazy expensive for a purse! However, those flower pumps–I can’t say I wouldn’t scoop them up if I a spare two grand in my pocket.
I really need a new little black dress, every time i’m in the stores I never find anything worth buying and wearing a lot. The first dress is perfect, I’m definitely going to try that on!
loove the pumps!!!
i love DVF!
Marlene – I think that dress is too light colored for a wedding. Is it white?? You might steal the brides thunder!!! 😉
Oh my goodness all these clothes look so cute! I love the top black dress.
i love those red shoes….owwwhh!!!
This is a pretty insane sale actually.. 25% off is a lot. I really like that black dress.. that style is really in right now and it’s so flattering with it being tight around the thighs but then also puffy where you don’t want any bulges to show.
Saks is where it at.. fashion and savings,,ALL WEEKEND LONG Call the cop..
The BCBG MaxAzria empire dress is soooo cute! I cant belive its only $258 dollars! I say where it to the wedding!
