Fashion week is really more like fashion month. With fashion weeks happening all over the globe from New York to London, Paris and Milan, we can’t forget about what’s happening in fashion at home!
Mark your calendars, because Scottsdale Fashion Week kicks off next week on Thursday, March 3, running through Saturday, March 5.

The fashion extravaganza begins with Project Runway contestant Michael Costello’s runway show presented in the showroom of Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale at 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Costello’s name probably sounds familiar because he’s dressed such red carpet stunners as Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez and Katy Perry. Costello will host an exclusive designer meet and greet brunch the following Friday morning at Dakota.
After brunch, head over to W Scottsdale’s WET Deck for the Fashion-A-Ball activewear and swimwear show, to see new styles by Athleta, Monica Hansen, Trina Turk, Michael Kors and Jessica Simpson swim, courtesy of Dillard’s.
The shows wrap up on Saturday, March 5 at 9:00 p.m. at Livewire with the carnival-themed Fashion Carousel with runway looks from Suitsupply, Fashion by Robert Black, Shahida Parides and MNM Couture on rotation to a mix of pop, R&B and electro beats by Australian DJ and model, Brooke Evers.
However, SFW doesn’t end without a party – kick back your shoes at the Closing Night Celebration on Monday, March 7 at Livewire with a performance by Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter Charlie Puth.
