Online retailer Boohoo examined Google search data to discover the five most popular fashion trends in Arizona based on monthly search volume for fashion staples. Their research revealed that cowboy boots are the most popular fashion trend in Arizona.
Whether the Western-style boot is paired with a spring dress, bootcut jeans or frayed shorts, the addition of a cowboy boot transforms any look. Hundreds of styles and colors are sold across the country including tall, short, knee-high, embroidered and traditional Western-style boots.
A Boohoo spokesperson says: “This research offers a fascinating insight into the most popular fashion trends in the country right now with cowboy boots taking the top spot by a landslide. Cowboy boots have been a popular trend in the U.S. for many years, particularly in Western states.
“Still, cowboy boots have only recently gained momentum to reach mainstream fashion across the globe and are especially favored among festival goers and fashion enthusiasts who appreciate the style of Western wear.”
The second most popular search across Arizona is the search for loafers. From business to city chic, this timeless slip-on shoe elevates any casual or elegant look. The classy shoe pairs well with jeans and a T-shirt or with a formal pantsuit.
The third-ranking fashion trend search in Arizona is for Chelsea boots. Chelsea boots became popular in the 1960s and ’70s and never went out of style since. The ankle-length boots typically have a low heel and a rounded toe. Materials range from leather to suede.
Even though Arizona isn’t known for its dry, hot temperatures, the search for puffer jackets ranked fourth. Puffer jackets can be accessorized in many ways. Wear a cozy puffer over a skirt or a dress or throw it on top of a sporty athleisure set.
