Fall tends to be the favorite season of many a fashionista. The time of year when we finally get to layer all of our favorite pieces into one magical outfit proving to the world just how fashionable we are. And we can’t forget the colors (that’s our favorite part)–the deep reds, moody blues, and delicious oranges and yellows.
Here’s how we’ll be wearing our favorite fall colors this season.
At Kate Spade
Kate Spade’s Avery pant is perfect in every way: straight leg, just above the ankle, and great pattern. You can wear them with flats or heels, or take a pair in your purse for a day-to-night look. We think that they would look especially cute with a graphic sweater and a pair of oxfords.
At Saks
Ken Downing was right about Spring’s biggest color trend finding it’s way into fall… You’ll want to keep all of those orange handbags, skirts, dresses, and shoes at the front of the closet for a few more months. Of course, you could always buy a new pair of fabulous Italian leather strappies a la Narciso Rodriguez.
At Net-A-Porter
Skip the mossy green sweaters this year (unless they are cashmere) and opt for an edgy look with this Jonathan Saunders mohair wonder. The graduated stripes will flatter any figure and the silhouette will give you a variety of wearable options (think blazer and pumps for work, or booties and a studded bracelet for cocktails).
We know it’s not quite coat weather yet (not even sweater weather for that matter), but it’s always good to grab a great find before, well, you can’t. This Rebecca Taylor leather detailed coat is a runway must-have. It’s not often that you find a navy coat that looks this good.
At Nordstrom
Avoid the black purse this season (we know it’s hard), and opt for neautralish colored handbag like this 3.1 Phillip Lim Pashli satchel. The color will pair wonderfully with your fall wardrobe… as a matter of fact it will pair perfectly with every other piece we’ve mentioned today!
