Every day each one of my companies has completely different successes or needs from each other, which keeps every day exciting.” Rogers is also the founder and CEO of Lexington Services, which offers a variety of professional services to individuals with special needs. It includes a private school that offers education and life skills for students with autism. “Being able to help families with special-needs loved ones is by far the most rewarding work that I get to do.
