Year-old Coco is a pint-sized sensation. The four-pound Maltese has more than 40,000 followers on Instagram (she has a video with more than 700,000 views) and counts PetSmart among her sponsors. In the fall, Coco was a winner at the Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships Canine Couture Fashion Show and her mom, Katee, hopes to have her certified to be a therapy dog to aid her littlest fans at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. @cocothemaltesedog
