Verde Park Condominiums, a new community in the Historic Garfield District of downtown Phoenix, is nearly sold out.
Hosting 43 urban residencies, Verde Park recently sold out its north building with residents moving into single bedroom homes.
Now, only eight homes are left in the property’s south building with move-ins beginning in October.
