Handmade wooden decor is a sophisticated way to elevate the appearance of any room. Finding the perfect piece for any space is easy with Citizen Home Decor.
Scott Goodson, the founder of Citizen Home Decor, came up with the idea for his business after a lifelong craftiness led to selling his work at the local boutique, Frances. After both creating gifts for friends and family and selling pieces at the boutique, Goodson wanted to take things a step further by starting to create more products and selling his pieces online.
Goodson started off by mainly selling Arizona pride items, plaques and coasters. Currently, in addition to his original staple items, he is also working on cutting boards, cheese boards, custom order items and more.
The local handmade goods community in the Valley makes a great market for Goodson. He participates in several craft fairs each year including Phoenix Flea, Crafeteria by Frances, Pineapple Triangle, and 6th & Mill Makers at the Tempe Festival of the Arts.
In addition to selling his goods at Frances boutique, Goodson’s products are also regularly available at Urbana, and through his own online store.
