Marathon Ranch Opens in Gilbert

Maracay Homes is celebrating the grand opening of Marathon Ranch, southeast of Riggs and Val Vista roads in Gilbert, on Saturday, June 9, with a special grand opening event. The event will include a neighborhood gathering from 12 to 3 p.m., featuring a catered barbecue lunch and refreshments. Potential homebuyers are encouraged to attend the event and meet with Maracay’s New Home Advisors, tour the model homes and learn more about all the neighborhood amenities available.

Marathon Ranch’s gated, 63-home enclave features a secluded tree-lined entrance that welcomes guests into the walkable community, featuring oversized homesites (up to a quarter acre in size). Each of the single-story floorplans range in size from 3,432 to 4,345 square feet, and provide enough space to accommodate a wide variety of living situations and lifestyles. Residents will also enjoy up to six bedrooms and four-car garages, expansive great rooms, spacious kitchens and FlexDesign options.

Neighborhood amenities encourage community interaction, like tot lots, horseshoe or basketball courts, a turf play lawn with barbecue grill and direct access to the future Marathon Trail that connects walkers, joggers and cyclists to Gilbert’s Central Trail System.

Like many Maracay Homes communities, Marathon Ranch homes think green. All homes will be registered with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), a third-party rating system that verifies compliance across several areas addressing sustainability, with the goal of earning the LEED Certified designation.
