Arizona-based Rosewood Homes is about to add to its luxury portfolio of Valley homes. Rosewood Homes closed escrow Jan. 18 on a 21-acre parcel in Scottsdale planned for the exclusive, privately-gated Rosewood Ranch Estates neighborhood. The neighborhood will be located north of Rosewood’s successful Sierra Boulders neighborhood, which was completed in 2016 and just one-fourth mile north of Rosewood’s existing Sierra Highlands neighborhood. All of Sierra Highlands’ 25 homes, with prices ranging from the low to mid-$1 millions, have sold.

Rosewood will commence development at Rosewood Ranch Estates in this month, which will offer 17 spacious lots ranging from three-fourth to one-and-a-half acres with mountain views and a choice of five unique single-story floor plans ranging from 4,020 square feet to more than 5,000 square feet. Desirable design options include generous courtyards with disappearing walls of glass and three- and four-car oversized garages. Five different architectural styles will be available.

Pre-sales are expected to start later this year with Model Grand Opening estimated to be in the first quarter of 2019.
