Scottsdale-based Minimal Living Concepts is redefining residential construction with a new affordable and efficient process that provides consumers with minimalistic, modern spaces for their properties.
Launched in 2021 by co-founders Zander Diamont and Jared Amzallag, the company builds customizable dwelling units with pre-designed layouts that serve as homes, offices, guest houses, property additions and more. Each unit is built with traditional construction methods over a 180-day period. Minimal Living Concepts handles every element of the project, from planning and permitting to structural engineering and construction, and provides customers with regular updates and schedules throughout the whole process.
“We’re providing a revolutionary new approach to the traditional building process,” says Diamont. “Most people don’t want to take on the hassle of hiring an architect, finding a contractor, dealing with complicated permitting issues, and dealing with so many entities. We geek out over the little things, so our customers don’t have to. We provide a simple, turnkey solution and an incredible product.”
Customers can choose from five units, which range from the smallest 429-square-foot option designed for extra space to the 1,600-square-foot, three-bedroom home designed for families. The most popular unit is Live, a 522-square-foot, one-bedroom living space that is perfect as a guest home, rental unit, pool house, gym or robust office.
Each unit is customizable with three exterior colors to choose from: Midnight Black, Musket Gray and White Stucco, and three interior palettes for those who prefer a light and neutral living space, darker tones or a mix of both.
“Our website makes it easy to view our pre-designed units and transparent pricing and make your selection,” says Amzallag. “It’s a beautiful, straightforward, and easy process—a completely new way to buy and build a home.”
Minimal Living Concepts currently services the greater Phoenix area, operating within a 30-mile radius of the city. All units are designed, developed and constructed locally by qualified professionals that are thoroughly experienced with the company’s products and quality standards.
Unit prices range from $150,000 for the smallest guesthouse to $418,000 for the largest 1,600-square-foot home.
