Scottsdale-based, family-owned luxury homebuilder Camelot Homes is set to unveil a new luxury residential community within Peoria’s highly anticipated Saddleback development. This exclusive community will be part of Castle Hill Partners’ expansive 5,300-acre project, which aims to offer a unique blend of adventure and tranquility against the stunning backdrop of the Sonoran Desert.
A key feature of the development is its proximity to Lake Pleasant Regional Park. This prime location offers residents easy access to abundant outdoor activities and some of Arizona’s most iconic destinations, including Sedona, Jerome, Prescott, Flagstaff, the Grand Canyon, and Lake Mead.
Camelot Homes plans to build 19 luxury homes in a private, gated section of Saddleback. These will range from approximately 3,000 to 5,500 square feet, with an average lot size of about 1/3 acre. The homes will be designed to maximize the desert views, with each property offering a tranquil retreat in the heart of Arizona’s West Valley. The community will be just minutes from major employment hubs such as BNSF Industrial Park, TSMC Arizona, and the upcoming Amkor facility.
