The local developer behind seven distinctive, high-end, sustainable real estate projects, Modus Development, has a new townhome community on the horizon. They are planning to break ground on their new Circle Lofts in the coming few months.
Circle Lofts is planned to be a unique, circular-shaped townhome community with 20 units available for purchase. The gated residences will be situated on about 1.46 acres and be comprised of three, 3-story buildings with both two- and three-bedroom units.
For energy-saving initiatives, all large windows will be located on the interior side of the circular structure with dual-pane glass to provide protection from the harsh Sonoran Desert elements.
The circular development will be oriented around a centrally-located swimming pool, spa, BBQ and shaded patio, all within the community’s beautifully landscaped open space.
Circle Lofts will offer two unit types: Rectangle and Wedge. All units are three stories with an average size of 1,500 to 1,579 livable square feet. All homes will have a two-car garage, and the Wedge units will include an additional two-car carport tandem to the garage.
The development will be located in Scottsdale on Granite Reef Road, just south of McDowell Road, providing residents a great south Scottsdale location with close proximity to downtown, SkySong Tech Center, and the Loop 101 and Loop 202 freeways.
