Four Seasons is bringing a new standalone residential tower to the Las Vegas area in partnership with Azure Resorts & Hotels and Luxus Development, which will offer residents full-service, resort-style living and world-class amenities within minutes from the city’s best entertainment, fine dining and upscale shopping.
Set to debut in 2026 and situated within the private, 11-acre MacDonald community in Henderson, Nevada, Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas will feature 171 high-rise residences with six standalone, family-style villas that will come complete with contemporary desert design and luxury living unique to Four Seasons, plus sweeping panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip. The tower will also be home to a signature restaurant from Elizabeth Blau + Associates, as well as a gym and spa offering a myriad of wellness opportunities.
“Our standalone residential offerings present a unique opportunity to live with Four Seasons in destinations that are appealing to luxury homeowners, outside the walls of our hotels and resorts, while still delivering the exceptional care and service to residents that is core to our brand,” says Bart Carnahan, president, Global Business Development and Portfolio Management, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. “This new project in Las Vegas is the perfect addition to our standalone portfolio, catering to discerning homeowners in this important destination, and with partners who share our vision for creating an unparalleled luxury lifestyle experience in the market.”
Designed by architectural visionaries Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo, the contemporary residences will range from 2,300 to 7,300 interior square feet and 500 to 5,000 exterior square feet. In addition to expansive indoor and outdoor living space, residents will have the luxury of thoughtful, turnkey elements, including semi-private elevators, private garages, fully-furnished interiors, epicurean kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms, customizable terraces with outdoor kitchens and more.
The new luxury residences will also feature a signature restaurant and wine bar, Noble Heights, curated by hospitality industry veterans Elizabeth Blau and Chef Kim Canteenwalla of Blau + Associates, that will offer a high-end culinary experience featuring ranch, farm and sea-centric cuisine, elevated cocktails and al fresco dining options.
Other resort-inspired amenities will include private chef services, private wine cellars, multi-level resort-style pools and cabanas, an on-site event lawn, catering services, a pet and auto spa, community boardroom, library, screening room and a full-service gym and spa with a sauna, steam room, whirlpool, lap pool, multiple private treatment rooms and more. Residents will also have access to the MacDonald community’s DragonRidge Country Club, pickleball courts and surrounding scenic walking and biking trails.
