Maracay Homes will celebrate the grand opening of the gated, 54-home Navarro Groves on Saturday, March 10. During the public grand opening, visitors will get a first look at the highly anticipated community’s two new model homes.
The grand opening event will include a neighborhood gathering from 12 to 3 p.m., featuring a catered lunch and refreshments from The Farm at South Mountain. Potential homebuyers are encouraged to attend the event, where they will have a chance to meet Maracay’s New Home Advisors, tour the new model homes and learn more about the neighborhood and the history of the land it rests on.
Navarro Groves is just steps away from South Mountain Regional Park on a former citrus grove, and is gaining interest due to its commitment to innovative and sustainable design. Per the press release, the homes at Navarro Groves will be registered with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), a third-party rating system that verifies compliance across several areas addressing sustainability, with the goal of earning the LEED® Certified designation. Designed to use 30–50 percent less energy than typical homes, each home will meet the EPA’s Indoor airPLUS specifications, and will feature water-efficient fixtures, LED lighting, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, Energy Star appliances, tankless water heaters and Wi-Fi enabled, programmable thermostats
The new community with have six single-story floorplans, ranging in size from 2,400 to 3,300 square feet. In addition to the sustainable features, residents will also enjoy a variety of single-story floorplans that offer expansive great rooms, spacious kitchens, three-car tandem garages, generation suites and FlexDesign options tailored to meet each family’s individual needs.
