Mirabel, one of Scottsdale’s most prestigious luxury communities, wrapped up the first half of the year with record-breaking home sales.
Riding on the coattails of Arizona’s red-hot real estate market, Mirabel Properties has registered a whopping $51.1 million in net home sales since January, far outpacing the $67 million total home sales in 2020, says Bob Lomax of Mirabel Properties in a mid-year report.
To break that down further,12 homes worth $33 million combined have closed escrow since January 1, along with six houses that are currently under contract for another $18.5 million total.
For the first time in Mirabel history, six of these home sales had a price tag of $4 million or above, with the average sales price per square foot eclipsing the $500 mark.
Lot sales have also been phenomenal in the first half of this year with 34 homesites having closed escrow for a total of $11.5 million. This is compared to 26 lot sales in all of 2020 for a total of $11 million.
As of this writing, there are no homes listed for sale in Mirabel, while only 8 lots are for sale ranging in price from $350,000-$675,000. The exclusive Club has also recently attained full Golf Membership and a substantial waiting list. Despite inventory becoming limited, Lomax says he remains optimistic for the remainder of the year.
Situated across 700 acres at 3,000 feet above sea level, the guard-gated community of Mirabel combines panoramic views of the Valley with luxury homes and an award-winning private golf club.
