New Tenants Now Open at Gilbert’s Mix-Use Community Epicenter at Agritopia

Epicenter, the high-end, vertically integrated mixed-use community and retail destination in the heart of Agritopia is expanding its best-in-class retail and dining selection with even more local establishments.

New tenants include Matt’s Big Breakfast, which is now open to the public with official grand opening events to follow in the weeks ahead, as well as Wylde Hair Salon. The elevated living and retail center is also set to welcome UrbAna, which will be opening the weekend of March 4 and Bunky Boutique, which is expected to open by mid-March.

Matt’s Big Breakfast

Since opening its doors in downtown Phoenix in 2004, Matt’s Big Breakfast has grown to become one of the most popular restaurants in Arizona with lines stretching out the door everyday. The tiny red brick restaurant has now relocated to a larger location at Epicenter, allowing MMB to serve its loyal regulars more comfortably. Despite its larger size, the menu, quality of food and friendly service at MMB remain the same as before—dedicated to providing customers a best-in-class breakfast experience every time.
