Gilbert’s new, high-end residential and retail destination Epicenter is welcoming more local establishments to its existing line-up of best-in-class retail and dining tenants.
Located in the heart of Agritopia, the vertically integrated mixed-use community features a 320-unit elevated apartment complex plus a diverse selection of retailers, artisan shops, health and wellness brands and top eateries including Belly Kitchen & Bar and Beer Barn.
The latest tenants to come to Epicenter are Barre3, which opened to the public on September 15, and Peixoto Coffee which will be opening the last week of September.
Barre3 is a community where every individual can feel balanced in body and empowered from within through full-body balanced workouts combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness. The fitness company has over 130 fitness studios around the globe and offers more than 250 streamable online workouts, wellness retreats held throughout the year, a thriving digital magazine and thoughtfully curated retail products.
Peixoto Coffee, brought directly and sustainably from a family farm in Brazil, is one of a few coffee companies in the world who farms, roasts, and serves their own family-farmed coffees. The true crop-to-cup experience features espresso beverages, pour-overs, cold-brew, teas, seasonal beverages, whole bean coffees from the Peixoto farm and other farmers, house-made syrups, baked goods and products by local artisans all served with excellence by friendly baristas in a beautifully designed space.
“We have been serving our family-farmed coffees for almost 8 years in Chandler and are eager to open the doors of our much-anticipated coffee shop at Epicenter and bring the same extraordinary coffee experience to the new communities we will be calling home,” says Peixoto Coffee owner Julia Peixoto Peters. “We have created a beautiful space that reflects our long-standing family legacy of coffee farming, combined with modern elements of a specialty coffee, including our double-sided espresso bar which will allow us to bring a high-quality and high-volume experience to our guests. Our customers can expect the same classic and seasonal offerings we have in Chandler, and the enduring partnerships we have in place with other small and craft businesses such as our bakers and retail. We are excited to be a part of this unique community of Arizona excellence that is Epicenter.”
Additional tenants expected to open soon at Epicenter are Bunky Boutique, a unique shop specializing in timeless, modern, creative fashions with a focus on local and independent designers, and Vintage Home, a home furnishings store with a unique blend of vintage furniture and home decor featuring farmhouse, industrial and boho chic styles.
