Phoenix ranks among the top 10 cities in the country eliciting the highest interest from people searching for luxury apartments.
Slashed prices, newly developed high-end apartments and optimism over the end of Covid-19 are all contributing to the craze, according to a recent report by MyAffordableLuxury.com that analyzed Google Adwords and Google Trends data.
In fact, Google searches for luxury apartments were up 46% YOY in January 2021, which was almost twice as much as in 2019.
