Shea Homes San Diego ended 2009 with 233 net sales and 193 homes closed in 13 neighborhoods throughout the county. The homebuilder’s Chula Vista communities made up the bulk of the activity for the year with 155 sales and 118 closings.

The homebuilder continues to sell homes at four attached and detached neighborhoods at Windingwalk in Chula Vista; one attached and one detached neighborhood at Lomas Verdes in Chula Vista; two single-family detached home neighborhoods at San Miguel Ranch in Chula Vista; one attached home community in Del Sur in San Diego; one detached home neighborhood in La Costa Ridge in Carlsbad; and one detached home neighborhood in Escondido.
