SOHO Scottsdale, the first live/work community in North Scottsdale from the talented team of Catclar Investments, Inc., LLC, has announced that pre-sales are now on for Phase 2 of the remarkable community. The property is zoned for live/work townhouses and lofts that are for sale. Phase 1 offers 10 lofts and 18 condo/townhouses and is 50 percent sold out.
