As people are increasingly spending more time at home these days, having the luxury of space is more important than ever before for renters on the hunt for remote work-friendly apartments.
In a recent survey, Rent Cafe looked at the 30 most populous U.S. metropolitan areas to determine where the largest apartments were in each city. Using data from Yardi Matrix, Rent Cafe analyzed the average size of apartments in large buildings of 50 or more units.
According to the results, renters in the Phoenix Metro area should look to Surprise, which has an average apartment size of 991 square feet.
