Sport and musician legends Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake have entered into a new partnership with entrepreneur Mark Bellissimo to develop a 600-acre luxury residential club community in Florida dubbed “The Wellington.”
Located in South Florida’s Wellington Village, the new residential experience will have a wellness focus with multiple sport facilities and resort-style amenities, and will also include an expansion of the Wellington International equestrian showgrounds to pay homage to the area’s strong equestrian roots.
The Wellington is set to feature shops, hotels, offices, restaurants and some of the world’s top luxury retail brands in a walkable commercial center, as well as an 18-hole champion golf course and a public riding facility that will include trail riding and a basic introduction to horse sport offered to the community.
The project is being led by Wellington Lifestyle Partners (WLP), a partnership between Bellissimo, who is a current resident in Wellington, Fla., and NEXUS Luxury Collection, an international luxury hospitality and asset management company founded by Joe Lewis and his Tavistock Group, along with Tiger Woods, Justin Timberlake and Ernie Els.

Initial home sites in The Wellington will range from a quarter-acre to up to five acres and feature single-family custom homes and condominium residences. Homeowners will have membership access to all of international NEXUS benefits, as well as the world-class amenities and facilities within the Wellington club community.
These amenities will include: four swimming pools; 12 tennis courts; 12 pickleball courts; 10 padel courts; a full indoor basketball court; sports simulators; smoothie bar; fitness center; full spa; indoor and outdoor children’s facilities including sports, gaming rooms and a rock-climbing wall; a 16-acre Central Park with yoga gardens; as well as access to hundreds of acres of walking, jogging and biking trails.
Don’t forget the 17-acre commercial retail center and the newly-acquired 18-hole Cypress Golf Course that is also set to undergo a renovation that will include a new clubhouse, short game facility and performance center.
