Toll Brothers is bringing its signature luxury living to the burgeoning West Valley city of Surprise.
One of the company’s most ambitious project, the 780-acre Sterling Grove will combine the best in home designs with resort-style amenities.
“Our goal is to offer the West Valley a slice of Americana with a luxury community that pays tribute to the land’s cultural heritage as a working family farm,” says Kevin Rosinski, Arizona Division Vice President.
Located at Cactus Road and Cotton Lane, the master-planned community will boast eight new luxury home collections and more than 30 distinctive home designs – from single-level to two-story ranging in size from 1,421 lock-and-leave villas to 4,047 square-foot estate-style homes. There also will be a mix of architectural styles, including Craftsman and Farmhouse to Prairie and Spanish.
Integrated into the community will be a tree-lined town square that will serve as a gathering place for residents, along with meticulously manicured gardens and groves, plus four cornerstone parks.
“We are creating a community that is more than a place to live but somewhere to enjoy life,” Rosinski says.
At Sterling Grove, there will be no shortage of things to do. The community will feature a host of upscale recreation and social activities. Among them: a masterful Nicklaus-designed golf course and private golf facility. The 18-hole, par-72 regulation course is the first golf course in the West Valley in nearly a decade and the only one of its kind currently in development with Nicklaus Design.
For those who prefer other activities, Sterling Grove will feature a spacious, 35,0000-sq.-ft. clubhouse, complete with pools, a restaurant, grab-and-go café, a state-of-the-art fitness center and movement studio, tennis and pickle ball courts, a dining room and flex spaces.
“Sterling Grove is destined to be different by offering something for everyone – from couples and families to those seeking to live in an age-targeted master-planned neighborhood,” Rosinski says.
Toll Brothers will debut Phase I of Sterling Grove at an old-fashioned grand opening celebration, with activities, refreshment and tours of 13 new model homes and an on-site Design Studio from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Jan. 25 and Jan. 26. In addition, home and membership information is available by calling 844.836.5263 or visiting SterlingGrove.com/Foothills.
