Congrats to Toll Brothers Arizona! The builder won three Gold Awards at The Nationals 2019, the National Association of Home Builders’ largest and most prestigious awards competition held last week in conjunction with the International Builders Show in Las Vegas.
The Pradera (pictured, above) at Toll Brothers at Whitewing, a new luxury home community in Gilbert, Ariz. won two Gold Awards — Best Landscape Design and Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Priced from $850,000 to $1 million. (Landscape design by Creative Environments based in Tempe. Interiors by Est, Est, Inc based in Scottsdale.)
On the exterior, the Pradera features a resort-like lifestyle with amenities for a large family. Light and bright with an open concept floor plan, main living spaces are enhanced by dramatic double volume ceilings and seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces. The Pradera has a chic farmhouse style – an elegant, modern take on rustic country living.
The Rio Verde home design at Toll Brothers at Verde River (pictured, above) won the Gold Award for Best Outdoor Living Space. Design by CDC Design based in Costa Mesa, Calif. and Creative Environments. Located within the golf course community east of North Scottsdale, Toll Brothers at Verde River is an exclusive neighborhood of 35 homes on 20,000-sq.-ft. home sites. The Rio Verde home design maximizes its scenic environment with al fresco living spaces rivaling a five-star resort.
The Best of Outdoor Living Space is judged on concept, creativity and impact of furniture and accessories. Designed for entertaining, this desert contemporary home is awe-inspiring with architectural symmetry, style, functionality and luxury.
The Nationals pays tribute to superior sales and marketing achievements by individual sales and marketing professionals, home builders and associates, and sales and marketing councils. It’s the nation’s biggest competition for new home sales and marketing professionals and communities. –Deb Mitchell
