Three of Candelaria Design Associates’ local custom residential home designs were featured in a very special Christmas-themed hardcover design book that is now available on Amazon.
“Christmas by Design: Private Homes Decorated by Leading Designers,” by authors by Patricia Hart McMillan and Katharine Kaye McMillan, features the custom home projects of leading designers and architects all decked out for the holidays. Each one-of-a-kind decorating scheme is a study in the art of using scale, shape and color to play up a house’s best features. “Christmas by Design” also shares tips, tricks and traditions for celebrating the season in style in every room of the house–from the perfectly placed wreath to dressed-up stairwells.
“I feel humbled to have such wonderful clients who so graciously opened their homes to us for this special project,” says Mark Candelaria, managing partner of Candelaria Design, in a press release. “I have always had the privilege of seeing our custom home designs all decorated for Christmas, but very rarely do many others. This book allows the reader to not only understand why we design a house in a certain architectural style, but the importance of designing around how the homeowners live in their home, decorate their home and entertain in their home.”
The Candelaria Design’s custom luxury home projects that are featured in the book include: the Gawlik residence in North Scottsdale, the Hanley residence in Paradise Valley and the Hunter residence in Arcadia. The book also includes photos of the homeowners and Mark Candelaria surrounded by decorated winter wonderlands.
