The first-ever residences by Bentley Motors have broken ground on Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach. The ultra-luxe Bentley Residences will offer future residents resort-style living and car-focused amenities parallel to the brand’s signature luxury, with homes starting at $5.6 million.
Situated on an exclusive oceanfront along one of Miami’s most picturesque beaches, the first and only Bentley-branded residential tower comprises 216 private residences, each featuring four innovative car lifts, glass-ensconced sky garages, private plunge pools and a host of distinguishable amenities, including an unrivaled food and beverage program by James Beard award-winning celebrity chef Todd English.
Bentley Motors has collaborated with Dezer Development on the world’s first Bentley residences, which are already over 40% sold and harness the prestige of the highly acclaimed luxury automobile brand with a sense of class, elegance and sophistication. Coastal Construction is leading the build of the residential tower, which is set to be complete by the end of 2027.
“Breaking ground on Bentley Residences is a huge milestone for the project and another step closer to bringing our vision to life,” says Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development. “We are excited to introduce a completely new elevated residential experience to Sunny Isles Beach and look forward to continuing the relationship with Bentley Motors to deliver a one-of-a-kind project.”
Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in partnership with Bentley Motors, Bentley Residences will carefully integrate Bentley’s most distinctive design cues into its architecture and interiors. The iconic diamond-quilted pattern adorning Bentley door panels will be recreated on the tower’s façade through diamond-shaped glass panels angled meticulously to refract natural light. This will create an exterior that glimmers in the sunlight. These same patterns and silhouettes are echoed throughout the building, including the diamond-embossed stone in the primary bathrooms and the diamond-shaped floor tiles spanning the lobby.
The heart of Bentley Residences is the patented car elevator that transports both cars and passengers from the road directly to the resident’s doorstop in one swift move. The Dezervator, named after its founder Gil Dezer, creates an unparalleled lifestyle for buyers, allowing easy access to the three- and four-car sky garages within each residence that offer EV charging and additional storage space for motorcycles and other small motorized vehicles.
Intentional design continues throughout the private homes within Bentley Residences, which embrace the concept of indoor-outdoor living and offer expansive private outdoor spaces complete with unobstructed shoreline views. Each balcony features a private heated swimming pool, summer kitchen and generous living area, which has been specially- -engineered to minimize any gusty wind.
Inside, residences boast state-of-the-art kitchens with Gaggenau appliances, Italian-designed cabinetry and motorized doors. The primary bathrooms double as home spas with private saunas and behind-mirror TVs, as well as outdoor showers in select residences. As with the façade, home interiors feature subtle nods to the Bentley brand, including its iconic diamond patterning, as well as its chrome finishes that can be found on textured door handles, knobs and pulls.
Spanning 2.4 acres, the 62-story condominium tower will also feature a beach club and oceanfront pool deck complete with food and beverage service, cabanas and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Other amenities include a whiskey bar, cigar lounge, wellness and revitalization spa, cinema, oceanfront beauty salon and exclusive private restaurant. Four-time James Beard award-winning celebrity chef Todd English will curate the menu and dining experience, which offers catering, demonstrations and food and wine pairings.
