What is sure to be a standout feature of Desert Mountain’s new Seven development is a clubhouse designed by Scottsdale’s Drewett Works.
The new clubhouse promises to bring a fresh look to this luxury golf community in Scottsdale, and at least one exciting clubhouse element has been release: an indoor/outdoor gastropub.
The 90-acre community opens in early 2019 and will feature of up to 190 homes (customizable, semi-custom and condominiums) designed around Seven Desert Mountain’s new golf course with all homes (except three) located on the course. The homes will range from 2,300 to 6,000-plus square feet.
