Cullum Homes has announced a new collection of custom golf estates to be built directly on the new course, No. 7 at Desert Mountain, and named for the seventh private course in this Scottsdale-based luxury community. A groundbreaking is planned for mid-summer.
Located on 90 acres and just to the west of the existing main gate on Cave Creek Road, the Seven Desert Mountain community will feature 190 homes designed around a par-54, 18-hole short game golf course and new clubhouse. The course will be one of only two private par-54-rated courses in the United States.
Cullum Homes has teamed up with architect Drewett Works to design and custom build 33 golf estates (of 190 planned). The homes will be part of the top-tier home collection and located in the Village at Seven Desert Mountain by Cullum Homes. (All but five will be directly located on the golf course.)
The golf estates will range in size from approximately 3,150 to 8,000 square feet feature Cullum’s signature one-of-a-kind amenities including a “19th hole” basement entertainment zone complete with an indoor golf simulator, glass-enclosed collector car showroom, a theater and a wet bar.
