A typical day in my life includes…
waking up at 6:30 AM to a cup of coffee then get the kids ready for school drop off at 7:30 AM. Then it’s off to house chores and errands until it’s time to pick the kids up. I go scouting for new locations weekly and typically take them with me. In the evening when my husband is home, he’ll take over for a bit so I can focus on work such as editing, responding to clients and planning my upcoming shoots.
I was born…
in Vietnam and lived there up until the age of 5 when our family moved to the United States. I spent the majority of my life living in Chicago until I met my husband who was a medical student at the time. We moved around quite a bit for his medical training and ended up in Arizona the summer of 2013.
My favorite thing about Arizona…
the unique natural resources. Arizona offers everything from beautiful desert landscape to amazing mountain backdrops, wilderness and greenery. Since living here, I have became more aware of the outdoor nature. As a photographer, I feel blessed to have all the beauty around us.

Pandora, my go to for music. I don’t have a favorite. I listen to a variety of everything as long as it has good lyrics or beat.

is everything to me. My kids are my gems.

my little sister. She passed away when I was 10 years old. I still dream about her every now and then.

is my camera. I am alway photographing. When I’m not working, you find me out scouting locations, capturing landscapes and cacti, or photographing my family.

a cashier at a local supermarket. I was 14 years old when I started and worked there until I was 19.

a place with ocean, sand and sunshine.

isn’t perfect but I am grateful for what I have and those I am sharing it with.
