A typical day in my life includes… many hours of penciling, inking or coloring on my iPad Pro. I used to work traditionally on paper but this really lets me stay busy anywhere and everywhere.
I was born… in Mesa, AZ
My favorite thing about Arizona… monsoons, some good rain and thunder whenever we get some.
I’m listening to… classical music on K-Bach, mixes of ’90s drum & bass, and always have St. Vincent on rotation.
My family… is on the smaller size as I’m an only child and I lost all but one grandparent in 2019 and 2020.
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… My Poppie, he was a big supporter of my Pink Lemonade work and he died before the book was finished. There’s a dedication in the book to him.
One thing I cannot live without…my iPad Pro!
When I was younger, I wanted to be… a professional artist and drawing comic books like Spider-Man. I’d still like to do Spider-Man officially someday but it’s very creatively satisfying making your own things from the ground up.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be… fair pay for everyone.
The perfect day would be… a nature walk on the mountain trails with cool, refreshing air. Cloudy and 70-something degrees!
My first job was… house sitting during summer break in high school
My favorite escape… late night walks, reading some comfort comics, or playing old video games at night.
My life… is blessed, lucky to have books out there and know people are enjoying them. Some things that stick with me are hearing from father’s that Pink Lemonade got their daughter’s interested in reading for the first time, or even hearing from seasoned comic book readers that PL’s their favorite character since Hellboy. Just really surreal!
I’m currently working on… my next comic book series, a fun and spooky adventure. I try to make books that I don’t see out there at the moment, that fill a unique niche or vibe. Comics helped me learn to read and draw, so just trying to bring that childlike excitement is always at the forefront for me.
Always… look both ways before crossing the street.

Biggest Dream… so many dreams or opportunities …drawing more licensed comics, a best-selling novel, seeing Pink Lemonade toys, being nominated for an industry award such as the Eisners, etc.
My Pet Peeve(s)… reckless drivers going like 100mph everywhere.
Bio on yourself/company: I’m an independent cartoonist, lifelong AZ resident, and 2017 ASU graduate. I write and draw comic books with goals to always bring some fun, probably best known for my series, Pink Lemonade, which has said fun.
