My favorite escape…
every year in September, I go on a culinary trip to Italy and I love spending time with my friends at the restaurants that they own. I also enjoy seeing Giovanni Maggio, my partner, childhood friend and winemaker at Monte Olimpo Winery in Sambuca di Sicilia.”

a restaurant in North Scottsdale, “Tomaso’s When in Rome” and expanding the production of olive oil on my farm in Sicily.
