A typical day in my life includes… Wake up at 4:00 AM, grab a cup of coffee, set my intention for the day, meditate, pray, head to the gym, off to work then home to relax, eat and watch the sun go down on Camelback Mountain from my balcony. In bed by 9PM!
I was born… to break new ground.
My favorite thing about Arizona… is the diverse landscape: Mountains and desert in one state!
I’m listening to… John Coltrane.
My family… is full of diversity and culture.
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… my mom, who recently passed away.
When I was younger, I wanted to be… a professional principal flautist with a large philharmonic orchestra.
I’m inspired by… people who walk humbly with love.
The one person who motivates me is… Jesus.
My first job was… at theDepartment of Defense contracting agency in Nuremberg, Germany.
My favorite escape… the beach or the mountains.
I’m currently working on… moving towards living a minimalistic lifestyle.
Always… provide your best to the least.
Never… judge, criticize or analyze someone until you know their story.
Favorite Quote… “Act justly, love mercy, walk humbly.”
Biggest Dream… that there would be no financial barriers to the best trauma treatment.
