A typical day in my life includes… Waking up around 6am, enjoying a latte while I wake up and get caught up on emails and things for the day. Then I head off for my morning Pilates class before work. After that, it’s off to the races and I head to the office for a full day of seeing patients and managing all the pieces that come along with owning a rapidly growing/expanding medical facility.
I was born… in Southfield, Michigan
My favorite thing about Arizona… Is how health-focused a good portion of the population is. Coming from the Midwest, it is so refreshing to see how active much of the state is. I love how close it is to anything you might want outdoors-wise and how many different types of hiking trails there are here!

Dr. Ashley Milhizer is the Founder of Real Results Medical & Aesthetics, a Tempe-based center for naturopathic medicine and aesthetics which has recently experienced the type of growth that rivals industry titans. After experiencing an impressive 300% growth since opening their doors in March 2023, Dr. Milhizer will now be opening a second location in Scottsdale, Arizona in early 2025.
Having seen the power of naturopathic remedies first-hand, following an early career path in sports medicine – which enabled her to work with some of the state’s top professional athletes – is what led Dr. Milhizer to forming Real Results Medical & Aesthetics. The company’s broad depth of services is also what allowed her to expand her reach of clientele beyond athletes to everyone from the Valley’s elite CEOs and stay at home Moms to patients ranging from their early 20s to upper 80s.
The naturopathic services offered at Real Results Medical & Aesthetics include hormone optimization, peptide therapy, IV therapy, natural pain relief, weight loss, food allergy testing and overall diagnostic testing. While the aesthetics side of the business offers services such as hair restoration, skin resurfacing, botox, fillers, microneedling, RF Plasma skin resurfacing, laser treatments, vein removal and body contouring.
