A typical day in my life includes… My alarm goes off at 5:30 a.m. I get in a morning workout most days, depending on surgery start time. Then make a protein shake and coffee and head to work. After surgery or clinic, I head to the boxing gym a couple of times per week. Once I’m back home it’s time to make dinner. Then catch up with family and friends. Spend some time working on other projects. Read or Netflix to unwind. Then in bed by 10-10:30 p.m.
I was born… in Punjab, India
My favorite thing about Arizona… The sunsets of course. The evolving food, entertainment, and cultural scene is also exciting.
I’m listening to…. EDM/Hiphop/Metal/Classic rock. If it’s good I’m good.
My family… Is all that matters.
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… Anthony Bourdain
One thing I cannot live without… Coffee and music.
When I was younger, I wanted to be… A firefighter
I’m inspired by… those who do the right thing, consequences be damned.
The person/people who motivate(s) me is/are… are those who persevere despite the odds. My mother and father come to mind. I owe them everything.
If I could change anything in the world, it would be… The influence and ubiquity of social media and AI in our day to day lives.
The perfect day would be… A good nights rest, smooth surgeries, a good work out, finished off with an outdoor dinner shared with family and friends during sunset
My first job was… Shoe salesman at the mall during high school
My favorite escape… Live music
My life… Has been a wild ride. I’m privileged to be where I am and to have done what I’ve done.
I’m currently working on… Learning how to create and mix music as a creative outlet.
Always… be undeniable
Never… settle, stagnation is death.
Favorite Quote… “In the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years.” —Abraham Lincoln
Biggest Dream… To look back at the end and know that I’ve lived a life worth living.
My Pet Peeve(s)… Entitlement.
