City you live in: Scottsdale
A typical day in my life includes… a mystery only those closest to me get to know (I’m very private).
I was born… In London, Ontario, Canada
My favorite thing about Arizona… Monsoon season! It’s amazing to see the power of nature and weather.
I’m listening to… Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar
My family… doesn’t give themselves nearly enough credit for shaping me into the human I am today.
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… Captain Jean-Luc Picard (Fictional) / Chief Tecumseh (Real)
One thing I cannot live without… Trees, I mean let’s be real, trees are the best.
When I was younger, I wanted to be… a professional storm chaser.
I’m inspired by… people’s compassion in the hardest of times.
The one person who motivates me is… a weaker version of myself.
If I could change anything in the world, it would be… a solution to the Tragedy of the Commons.
The perfect day would be… an adventure with Rick & Morty.
My first job was… a Gelato Scooper!
My favorite escape… the backwoods on a long trail-run or triathlon course
I’m currently working on… what will hopefully become my professional legacy… using the local planning/real estate development to transition the legacy cannabis market from being forced underground after decades of prohibitionist propaganda to now finally becoming an integral part of prosperity in our local communities.
Always… tie your left shoe first.
Never… tie your right shoe first.
Favorite Quote…
“So, live your life that the fear of death can never enter your heart. Trouble no one about their religion; respect others in their view, and demand that they respect yours. Love your life, perfect your life, beautify all things in your life. Seek to make your life long and its purpose in the service of your people. Prepare a noble death song for the day when you go over the great divide. Always give a word or a sign of salute when meeting or passing a friend, even a stranger, when in a lonely place. Show respect to all people and grovel to none. When you arise in the morning give thanks for the food and for the joy of living. If you see no reason for giving thanks, the fault lies only in yourself. Abuse no one and no thing, for abuse turns the wise ones to fools and robs the spirit of its vision. When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.” -Chief Tecumseh
Biggest Dream… is yet to come.
My Pet Peeve(s)… insincere apologies.
