A typical day in my life includes… Navigating the ever-changing landscape of multiple ventures. Each day starts with a dose of mindfulness—meditation, self-reflection, and if the stars align, a solid workout. Then, it’s off to the office to tackle whatever the day throws my way. As the sun sets, you’ll likely find me sharing a meal with friends, family, or clients, savoring the blend of business and pleasure. My husband and I are partners in every sense of the word, so we spend much of our time side by side, making moves and creating memories together.

I was born… Peoria, AZ!

My favorite thing about Arizona… Absolutely everything. The weather is stunning for most of the year, making it the perfect backdrop for any adventure. Whether I’m chasing the sun to the beach, seeking solace in the mountains, or diving into the endless array of activities, Arizona’s got it all within reach. It’s a place where you can truly have it all—without ever straying too far from home.

I’m listening to… A mix that matches my mood. A Kygo jam is my go-to for feel-good vibes, but I also appreciate the rare moments of silence during a drive—they’re like mini-meditations on wheels. When the road stretches long, a podcast is my perfect companion, making the miles fly by. And of course, I can’t resist tuning in to Howard Stern now and then—his interviews are always a fascinating ride.

My family… Is the heartbeat of everything I do. I’m incredibly close with both mine and my husband’s families, and daily conversations with my parents are a must—they’re my trusted sounding board. The wisdom and insight they offer in navigating life’s challenges have been pivotal in shaping my journey as a businesswoman. Their love and guidance are the foundation of my success, both personally and professionally.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… Taylor Swift and Warren Buffet. She’s not just a creative genius; she’s built an empire with a foundation of kindness that’s truly unmatched. Over dinner, I’d dive into a million questions—everything from branding and business strategies to the magic behind her music. She’s the epitome of turning passion into power, and I’d love to soak up every bit of her wisdom. As for Warren Buffett, his unparalleled wisdom in the world of finance and investing is legendary, but it’s his long-term perspective, humility, and commitment to philanthropy that truly set him apart. I’d love to pick his brain about everything from building sustainable wealth to the importance of integrity in business. Plus, who wouldn’t want a few insider tips from the Oracle of Omaha himself?

One thing I cannot live without… Dogs. Duh.

When I was younger, I wanted to be… A professional dancer or a teacher—quite the combination, right? I actually achieved the dream of becoming a professional dancer early on, only to discover it wasn’t as glamorous as I’d imagined. As for teaching, I’ve come to realize there are countless ways to be a teacher, and it’s the authority and ability to inspire that truly appealed to me. Turns out, you can lead and teach in more ways than one!

I’m inspired by… Countless things every day. Whether it’s the people I meet, my job, or the personal growth I experience, there’s always something that sparks my motivation. I’m particularly inspired by those who master the art of balancing success with enjoyment—proving that you can excel in your career while still savoring life’s pleasures. The list of what drives me is ever-growing, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

The person/people who motivate(s) me is/are… See above.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be… The division that separates us. Imagine a world where we could bridge gaps by focusing on common goals and finding solutions together, where everyone’s opinions are heard and respected. I’d love to see more open conversations, where differences are embraced as opportunities to learn and grow, rather than reasons to divide.

The perfect day… Is hard to pin down because there are so many versions of it. One day, it might be watching our company achieve a major win, feeling the thrill of hard work paying off. Another day, it could be as simple as spending hours in the sun with a good book, my husband by my side, savoring the peace and connection. Perfection comes in many forms, and I’m grateful to experience it in so many ways.

My first job was… A service cashier and front desk receptionist at my dad’s dealership. At just 16, I was handling a massive switchboard and processing all the payments. It wasn’t necessarily difficult, but it was definitely a lot to juggle at that age. The experience taught me responsibility early on and gave me a real taste of the working world.

My favorite escape… A weekend getaway with my husband. I’m passionate about travel, and there’s no one I’d rather explore the world with than him. Whether it’s a quick trip or a far-flung adventure, he’s always the perfect travel companion.

My life… Is a beautiful work in progress, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m embracing every moment of the journey, with all its twists and turns, because it’s all part of the adventure.

I’m currently working on… Personally, on listening more and being grounded in decision-making. Also, constantly working to improve my emotional intelligence. Professionally, growing Ganem Construction to be a well-known company that everyone looks to for impeccable buildings. Also, our new restaurant concept, Sparrow in Peoria!

Always… Seek to understand different perspectives and approach others with kindness. Life is full of diverse opinions and experiences, and taking the time to truly listen and empathize with others can open up new ways of thinking. Kindness goes hand in hand with understanding—it’s the foundation of meaningful connections and a more harmonious world. Whether in business or personal relationships, leading with empathy and compassion makes all the difference.

Never… Judge others. Everyone has their own story, challenges, and experiences that shape who they are. By withholding judgment, we create space for understanding, empathy, and connection. It’s important to approach each person with an open mind, knowing that we all walk different paths.

Favorite Quote… Tough roads often lead to beautiful destinations.

Biggest Dream… TOO MANY! Dream big, set goals, then plans to achieve.

My pet peeve(s)… Calories—seriously, who invited them to the party? And people who don’t like dogs—how could you not love those furry bundles of joy? Both are definitely on my list of things that make me roll my eyes.
