A typical day in my life includes… Morning routine: Waking up, helping kids get off to school, meditation, journaling, going over my goals, gym workout. Daytime – Work on my businesses, podcast recordings. Afternoon- play catch or football with my kids when they get home. Playing basketball in the evenings. Evening – Family time

The one person who motivates me is… My children, so I can be better, a good example, and role model.
If I could change anything in the world, it would be… I would help people realize how much control they have over their own lives.
The perfect day would be… Spending time working on my business, spending time playing with my kids, reading and going to the gym, eating good food.
My first job was… a news paper route when I was 8 years old.
